According to current legislation, the import of vehicles that are more than 10 years old from their year of manufacture is not permitted.

Contract signing → Initial payment → Purchase at auction → International transportation → Customs clearance → Delivery in Baku. Each stage can be monitored through your personal account.
If you cancel before winning the auction, the deposit is fully refunded. Once you win the auction, the vehicle is considered purchased, so cancellation is no longer possible.
No. The final Baku delivery price stated in the contract remains unchanged throughout the entire process.
All payments are made through the bank based on official invoices and in stages, including the auction, logistics, and customs clearance.
The total cost includes the auction purchase price, auction fees, international transportation, insurance, and service fee. Customs duties are calculated separately and communicated to you in advance.
The customer is responsible for paying the customs duties, while our team handles the entire customs clearance process — from documentation to final clearance.
The following documents are provided: an official purchase and sale agreement, invoice, auction documents, transportation documents, and customs declaration.
Yes. For electric vehicles that are less than 3 years old, no import customs duty is applied; only excise tax and VAT are calculated.
Yes. From the moment the vehicle is won at auction until it is delivered in Baku, it is fully insured for its total value. Any damage that may occur during transportation is covered by the insurance company.
Yes. Before delivery, the vehicle undergoes a visual inspection and technical diagnostics, and the results are provided to you.
Yes. We provide a warranty for the engine and transmission of vehicles purchased through our auction process.
Every vehicle is thoroughly analyzed using Carfax, AutoCheck, and our internal inspection systems. Vehicles with flood damage, concealed accident history, or poor-quality repairs are filtered out at the initial stage.
Yes. From the first day of your order until the vehicle is handed over to you, a dedicated personal manager will be assigned to assist you throughout the entire process.
Primarily to Baku; delivery to other regions is also available as an additional service.
